What inspired you to launch your own website?
In fact it was my own need for a reliable hosting provider that inspired me to do the job myself and bcome a hosting provider.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
My first website was lanched in 2006 http://xino.50webs.org in which I tried to highlight the possibility of building a website quickly and easily and with minimum cost.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
that was a real issue for me not only because a name is crucial for your buisness but because good names are already taken. Finally i decided to name it XINO reffering to the greek word meaning the stranger.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
I'm offering a perfect plan for both paid and free hosting.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
I'm looking forward to extend it and have my own company.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Well basically I invested 0$ in this website!! amazing heh, but I worked hard scripting and designing before and during the whole process.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I could probably build the most respectable webhosting company on the net. As I already know every thing about current hosting issues and weak points of all potential concurents holding in mean time real solutions to effectively responde all the consumer inquiries.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Thats very easy, abig website=bigger revenues=>more employers
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Time was my number one enemy.
What has been your biggest challenge?
find every thing that I need for free and then turn it to something useful.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Search engines and good designe.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
I can say nothing about this for now as I'm still in the begining but what I hope is getting an icreasing number of clients.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
I started it this week and I'll keep changing in it and optimizing it along the way to success.
