We have 25 years experience with strong corporate backgrounds. And we serve businesses the way we'd like to be served!
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
We're going the company still in our 8th year and who knows where the Lord will take us. As this is "HIS" business we just run it!
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
It's a equal balance- but any business owner will tell you (if their honest) that you will always work more and harder if your a business owner.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Interesting question- I would probably start multiple Satellite branches with ISO 9002 foundations as we are currently use. With solid training in customer service and support. And provide the same service and support solutions throughout all the major cities.

Development, testing, training have been the hardest to perdict.

We began the company just providing computer support and sales. Start up business is at an all time soar. With corporate down sizing we never anticipiated the need to be a big as it is!
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
The site has been up eight years with modifications and tweeks of course. It's a never ending marketing challenge. We plan to keep it up as long as it is profitable.
