Price and customer service.

Continual success for our clients online, watching them prosper.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
They eve each other out, more time we put in the more successful we have become.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
We wouldn't change the site since we created it and are very happy with it's image, but we would put the money towards advertising to reach a higher volume of clients.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
It as well as our company are geared so that the demand could never be too great.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
None so far, hopefully it stays that way.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Getting potential clients to understand how affordable and easy it is to get their business online.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Word of mouth and the location of our office (in the heart of downtown Hilo, near the farmers' market).
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It has not.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
6 years, and we will continue for a long, long time, since we really enjoy what we do
