What inspired you to launch your own website?

I have found that there is a market for quality design work at a price that doesn't break the customer's budget. We can offer the same great work, but at an affordable price

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

This is Kip Johnson Design's first website, launched in March of 2008.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I chose to use my name and a description of what I do, hench: Kip Johnson Design.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

I have the design experience, through a variety of mediums, to fully complete your project and exceed your expectations. All at a price that you can afford.

Where are you located?

I am located in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. I am not limited to jobs in Minnesota, though. Most files can be transferred electornically - making it easy to work with people all over.

What services do you offer?

All kinds of print materials - just contact me with your project. Most kinds of web development.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would eventually aquire more equipment.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

As a new website - everything is new thus far.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Getting all of the information together and ready for the site.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Sumitting to internet directories.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

Everything has matched up how I had expected.

What do you like about your job?

I enjoy completing freelance design work, and like working with people.
