Outshine Solutions is a global IT services company.We provide a range of IT services ranging from website design to development and from viral marketing to search engine marketing. You can contact us for more information about our services.

What inspired you to launch your own website?
Actually we saw that it was getting difficult for people to trust a business without a website. And, so we thought of launching a website.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
We launched the first website back in 2004 and its was a web portal featuring forums and articles
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Yeah... it was difficult. We want a website which shows that it will outshine everybody else. So is the name outshine solutions.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
Unlike other company website, outshine solutions website is totally automated. Everything is done via automated system right from visitor tracking to ordering system
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
The eventual goal of the website is to make it biggest information resource on the web.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Well it took lot of effort to build the website but after when you start to see the website live and when vistors complement that its a nice website. everything is worth the effort.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Since there is no such thing as unlimited developer budget, i never thought of it. there are lots of features that i would like to add but i believe in doing then saying :)
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Ofcourse yes.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Headaches were regular customer support and server uptime. We wanted 100% up time and we are successful for delivering 100% uptime even to our shared customers.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Providing best support has always been a challenge. Sometimes customers have no idea why they are facing problems . Some times customers faced problems because of the developer end and worse still developer had no idea. it was double responsibility for us. Our developer rectified programming bugs many times and made the site live.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Words of mouth is always the best method. Although its slow...
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Expectations are some thing which everyone does. But reality is quite different. You can expect that running a business is as simple as putting your website up ans start counting the money. But this is not the case.You have to work for the website and you have to work a lot.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
The site was launched in year 2005 and even the website does not do well (which won't happen, because its already doing well) we will make the site live forever.
