Business directory search engine DoTradeEasy.com is an efficient, easy to use marketing tool for small and medium size enterprises, located anywhere in the world, trading in any industry. The DoTradeEasy.com online marketplace is a place where buyers meet suppliers and vice versa. We provide a one-stop trade service to international buyers and sellers. We offer an efficient and manageable procurement process that covers every phase of an international supply chain while it streamlines trade channels.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
A huge potencial of internet networking business and willing to help others.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
We launched DoTradeEasy.com in October 2008. And at first we didn`t have lots of clients, of course. But now we create quite successful business network.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
That was very spontaneous idea of friend of mine as original name was completely different.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
Want be simple, intuitive and more efficient. We are also offering innovation's in online business and secure trading.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Minimum of 1 million satisfied returning customers.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
In this early stage it is still quite hard to achieve our goals but as time being it become easier
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
In the first stage I had more then 10 times lower budget. And it is still raising as we develope a new functionalities and I dont count marketing costs.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes, so far.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
There were always something. Probably marketing budget was underestimated most.
What has been your biggest challenge?
The biggest challenge was and is to raise capital.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
I strongly believe this method will come. So far might be articless..?
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
A new development we are working on is completely out of the original idea an year ago. But hasn`t been implimented to our site yet.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
I have been running this site about 9 months and believe will enjoy a big gains in traffic, income and popularity.
