Web advertising optimization software producer Rubicon Project announced that it will expand to New York and establish an office in the area, says Rubicon Project officials.

This expansion will greatly increase the company's presence in the United States. Rubicon Project helps webmasters increase their web revenue through performance monitoring and other metrics.
