Including your business street address in every page of your website may be diluting your website's searchability for the keywords that you would want to have.
However, there are certain cases when including your street address may actually give more help than harm, and that is when your place is popular enough to be searched independently by users. This kind of searching is called "reverse search," because they search by address and not by a keyword. This is mostly done in Google Maps search.
