When did you start your website and why?

Web site was started in March 2007 to be the voice for our Company and to provide resources back to the Microsoft CRM community.

Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc

Customer Dynamics is a certified Microsoft CRM solution provider. We are unique in the fact that we specialize 100% in Microsoft CRM and supporting technologies. We live and breath CRM - running our day to day operations on the same CRM technology that we promote. All our staff members are Microsoft CRM certified.

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

Comming up with a web look and feel that is both simple and attractive. We tried this several times but found that it was easier to outsource to someone that was more qualified as a designer.

What has been the easist part of operating your website?

Customer Dynamics is passionate about Microsoft CRM. We enjoy writing and hope to provide something valuable to the CRM community. Our site is still a bit new, but we hope to really provide valuable information to the community.

Who maintains your website and why?

Customer Dynamics maintains its own website with assistance from ZeroGravity Designs and MWI

Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?

The website is still new and hasnt gotten much traction yet. We use the CRM Resources section to post problems and solutions that we have encountered in the field. Hopefully these resources have benefited other Microsoft CRM users.
