Free Merchant Accounts is summed up in our name. We provide Retail merchants, and Online merchants the ability to accept credit card to and increase their revenues. We provide all the equipment and or software needed for FREE.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
To provide a turnkey solution to merchants wanting to grow their business.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
2001, same site, different design.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
We wanted a name the would explain our product. I think we hit the nail on the head!
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Our service. We have a world class customer service dept. Along with that we have unparalleled relationships with our Banking partners which allows us to have very low rates.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Keep it for income.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Very well. The company is a great success financially.

An overall redesign.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes. We are growing more everyday and have available bandwidth to spare.

Sometimes we have some issues with mail.

As most things, it takes time to establish a strong foundation. Would like to see things go faster.
