The other day (it was probably yesterday; I cannot remember), I mentioned something about optimizing your content pages through putting in enough keyword density. There was also a brief discussion about this technique.
Maybe some of you didn't understand it well, that's why here is another article giving a clearer explanation about the matter. The article is in Wikipedia.
