This book is actually about ExactTarget's prediction of top email trends in 2006. Um, sure it has been like 2 years ago since this book came out. But I think it would be interesting to find out if any of these predictions have been fulfilled. This may dictate future trends in email marketing in the next few years--something which I am sure you would like to know ahead of your competitors.
