What inspired you to launch your own website?

Objective to make the best ever affiliate information source site, I'd like to provide my views with all the information they'll need to start a successful business free of charge.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

2004, it was a university project, used to illustrate artefacts

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Through keyword research and association with site theme

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

We'll be revealing a lot of tips, tips that most sites would usually charge for

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

keep it for income, most likely expand into other niche markets, but I'll always keep this one site.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

I'm measuring excellent success, considering I've only had the site running for a month and some weeks. So I'm happy working more than 3 - 6 hours a day to get everything working

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I'd outsource a lot of my duties, especially the time consuming ones

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

yes, because I'd start outsourcing immediately

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

I've had problems with what products I needed to buy and ended up purchasing a lot of useless material.

What has been your biggest challenge?

traffic generation on a tight budget

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

submitting to directories, but I'm familiar with all the methods, its just my budget perhibits me from using them

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

initially I expected thing to work a lot faster, that was before I was fully clued up on the ins and outs

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

I've been running it for almost two months, I plan to run it for as long as possible
